  • 11/2022 - Maine Minimum Wage - Revised with new minimum wage rate of $13.80, new minimum wage of $6.90 for service employees, and a new minimum salary requirement of $767.19 per week for exempt employees. All effective January 1, 2023. *2023 Poster is shipping now.
  • 12/2021 - Regulation of Employment - Revised to add domestic partner's child and domestic partner's grandchild to family leave qualifications.
  • 09/2021 - Maine Minimum Wage - Notice of increase to minimum wage, $12.75, effective January 1, 2022. Also, new minimum salary requirements (to $735.59/week), and changes to Service Employee average tips plus direct wage ($6.38/hour) minimum, both effective January 1, 2022. *2022 Poster is shipping now.
  • 09/2020 - Regulation of Employment - Revised with a new section about Earned Paid Leave effective January 1, 2021.
  • 09/2020 - Maine Minimum Wage - Revised with new $12.15 per hour minimum wage effective January 1, 2021.

  • 07/2016 - Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) - Federal Minimum Wage - Update includes new regulation revisions as of August 2016 which includes text regarding nursing mothers and overtime rules.
  • 07/2016 -  - Update includes new regulation revisions as of August 2016 which includes the removal of penalty amount up to $10,000 against violators and revised contact numbers.
  • 01/2013 -  - Amendment expands the military family leave provisions and incorporates a special eligibility provision for airline flight crew employees, as well as making some additional regulatory changes.

  • 05/2012 -  - NLRB issued a final notice on August 25, 2011, mandating most employers to post the NLRA poster. The enforcement and posting date of the poster has been postponed. Posting date will be announced as soon as it has been published.
