    Ohio Minimum Wage-Revised with new $9.30/hour minimum wage effective January 1, 2022. Requires employers grossing less than $342,000 to pay current federal minimum wage. Also added a new minimum wage rate ($4.65/hour) for "Tipped Employees" who receive more than $30/month in tips.

  • 05/2021

    Discrimination Notice-Revised to extend protection over sex, including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity.

  • 09/2020

    Ohio Minimum Wage-Revised with new $8.80 per hour minimum wage effective January 1, 2021.

    Ohio Minimum Wage-Revised with new 2020 minimum wage and tipped minimum wage rates.
