    Florida Minimum Wage-Revised with new $11.00 per hour minimum wage and a minimum wage of $7.98 per hour for tipped employees effective September 30, 2022 through September 29, 2023.

  • 09/2021

    Florida Minimum Wage-Revised with new $10.00 per hour minimum wage effective September 30, 2021. Also, a minimum wage of at least $6.98/hour (in addition to tips) for tipped employees, through September 29, 2022. Also includes minimum wage increase notifications through September 2026.

    Florida Minimum Wage-Revised with new $8.65 per hour minimum wage effective January 1, 2021.

  • 10/2019

    Florida Minimum Wage-Updated with new Minimum Wage of $8.56 per hour, effective on January 1, 2020. And new tip wage of $5.54 per hour.

    Unemployment Insurance-Notice changed to reflect the renamed Unemployment Program and much of the notice was reworded for clarity.

  • Family and Medical Leave Act (29 USC 2619(a)(b)) You must post information informing employees of their rights and protections per the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act. This information must be displayed in a conspicuous location, accessible by all employees.
  • Occupational Safety and Health Act (29 CFR 1903.2(a)(1)) You must display clear, summarized and accurate information regarding your employees' rights and protections under the Federal Occupational Health and Safety Act. Display this information in a conspicuous location, and ensure that it is not altered, defaced, or covered by other material.
