Every employer in California is required to display the\u00a0Whistleblower Protection Act<\/em>\u00a0poster.<\/p>\n

Posting Requirements, Notice and Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is a requirement for all employers in the state of California to display the California\u00a0Whistleblower Protection Act<\/em>\u00a0poster in a visible area at each workplace location. The poster not only supplies the definition of whistleblower, it also discusses the associated protections afforded those individuals that come forward with information.<\/p>\n

It is important to note that failure to display the poster may result in citations and\/or fines under the law.<\/p>\n
