Every employer in Oregon that is in the agricultural business is required to display the\u00a0Minimum Wage<\/em>\u00a0for Agricultural Employees<\/em> poster.<\/p>\n

Posting Requirements, Notice and Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n

All employers in Oregon that are in the agricultural field, \u00a0are required to display the Oregon Minimum Wage<\/em>\u00a0for Agricultural Employees<\/em> poster in a central location and visible area in the workplace, so employees will readily see the posting. The updated Oregon\u00a0Minimum Wage for Agricultural Employees<\/em>\u00a0poster updates information regarding minimum wage in the state of Oregon. On January 1, 2015, the new rate of $9.25 will become effective.<\/p>\n
