LaborLawCenter™The state of Delaware recently announced two important mandatory updates that affect labor law posting requirements for all businesses.
Changes were made to the following:
- Minimum Wage
- Discrimination Notice
The Minimum Wage mandatory update includes the following:
- Revised to include the new 2019 minimum wage
The poster makes note of the new minimum wage, effective January 1, 2019, of $9.25/hour.
It also includes a new minimum wage rate for minors and trainees of $8.25/hour, effective January 1, 2019.

The Discrimination Notice has been revised to include new information regarding:
- Sexual harassment
- Rights for disabled individuals
- Rights for pregnant women
