  • Colorado Minimum Wage Law (Colorado Revised Statutes, Title 8, Article1,4,6,12) Colorado Minimum Wage Law mandates that all employees must be paid in accordance with overtime and minimum wage standards. The minimum wage rate in Colorado, as of January 1, 2015, is $8.23 per hour.
