Returns


If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, you are able to return the product within 90-days of the date the order was received. For returning a product(s), please follow the instructions below:

  • Indicate on your packing slip what product(s) you are returning
  • Indicate your reason for returning the product(s)
  • Package the product(s) to be returned including a copy of your packing slip
  • Ship to the address displayed at the bottom of your packing slip
  • As soon as we receive the returned product(s), we will then refund your money minus shipping cost

Exchanges


If you find that you have ordered the wrong product(s) or would simply like a different product(s), you are eligible to exchange the product within 90-days of the date that you received your order. If you are exchanging your product(s), we will either refund or charge you the difference of the exchange. If you would like to exchange a product(s), please follow the instructions below:

  • Indicate on your packing slip what product(s) you would like to exchange and the new product(s) you are requesting
  • Indicate your reason for exchanging the product(s)
  • Package your product(s) to be exchanged including a copy of your packing slip
  • Ship to the address displayed at the bottom of your packing slip
  • As soon as we receive the product(s) to be exchanged, we will proceed by shipping out the new product(s) you are requesting*

* Exchanged products will have a shipping fee added to shipment.

If there has been a mandatory update made to the Labor Law Posters you ordered within the 90-Day window, we will send you a replacement free of charge (including shipping). Please follow the instructions below to receive your replacement Labor Law Poster:

  • Provide your order number to the Customer Service representative
  • Provide reason for poster replacement
  • If it is applicable, we will then ship you out a replacement Labor Law Poster
