This policy guarantees your satisfaction with our products for 180 days from the date you receive your order. In addition to our Industry First 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, LaborLawCenter™ is proud to announce its Risk-Free, 365-Day Return Policy, which applies to the purchase of an e-Compliance™ membership. We stand behind our products and that is why we guarantee you will be completely satisfied.

Our 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy is more than a return policy. It allows us to show you, our valued customer, the level of commitment we have to customer satisfaction. Whether you need to return/exchange a product or need a replacement Labor Law Poster, we want you to feel confident that LaborLawCenter™ will resolve all of your compliance needs or issues.

 
Returns


If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, you are able to return the product within 180-days of the date the order was received*. For returning a product(s), please follow the instructions below:

  • Indicate on your packing slip what product(s) you are returning
  • Package the product(s) to be returned including a copy of your packing slip
  • Ship to the address displayed at the bottom of your packing slip
  • As soon as we receive the returned product(s), we will then refund your money

* Customized posters are final. There are no returns on customized posters. All returned posters must be in re-sellable condition or a 20% restocking fee may apply.

 

 
Exchanges


If you find that you have ordered the wrong product(s) or would simply like a different product(s), you are eligible to exchange the product within 180-days of the date that you received your order. If you are exchanging your product(s), we will either refund or charge you the difference of the exchange. If you would like to exchange a product(s), please follow the instructions below:

  • Indicate on your packing slip what product(s) you would like to exchange and the new product(s) you are requesting
  • Package your product(s) to be exchanged including a copy of your packing slip
  • Ship to the address displayed at the bottom of your packing slip
  • As soon as we receive the product(s) to be exchanged, we will proceed by shipping out the new product(s) you are requesting*
