Below lists the minimum wage rate per state. The Minimum Wage Rates will increase due to CPI, Federal wage increase, or the state may change its minimum wage to accommodate to their citizen's cost of living.

State Minimum Wage

The following states will both increase their minimum wage rate and change their posters. We currently have the updated minimum wage posters reflected on our 2009 labor law posters.  More states may be added to the list.

*Listed rate is for companies w/less than $625,000 gross annual volume of sales or business. Businesses with more than $625,000 gross annual volume of sales or business will have a minimum wage rate of $6.15.
**Listed rate is for businesses that do not offer health insurance coverage to employees and $5.85 for businesses that offer health insurance.
***Listed rate is for businesses that employ less than 10 full-time employees.
****$2.65 rate are for businesses with gross revenue lass than $500,000. Any businesses that have a higher gross will pay the current Federal minimum wage rate.
