Minimum Wage Updated!

 

Effective July 1, 2008, employers in the State of Nevada who provides health insurance to their employees will need to pay their employees no less than $5.85 per hour or $6.85 per hour if the employer does not provide health benefits. For employers’ and businesses’, this means that the Nevada labor law posters with the new July 2008 minimum wage increase must be posted by July 1, 2008. The Nevada minimum wage is a mandatory poster and must be displayed to reflect the accurate rate.

Nevada Minimum Wage Increases to $6.85 in July
