Federal USERRA Notice
Requirement Update
On December 19th, 2005, U.S. Department of Labor issued its final ruling which goes into effect 01/18/2006 on the USERRA notice requirement. The notice informs employees of their rights under USERRA and now also informs members of the National Disaster Medical System of their protected rights under USERRA.

To be in compliance with the new regulations, update your Complete Labor Law Poster or Federal Labor Law Poster to reflect the new revisions to USERRA. You can either update your poster by contacting us at 800-745-9970 or via the internet at www.LaborLawCenter.com.
