According to Arizona labor laws, employers are required to provide employees with information about unemployment insurance if they have worked for an eligible employer during the 18 prior months and are currently unemployed or working part time. Employers can get the Arizona Unemployment Insurance pamphlets in both Spanish and English so that employers across the state can provide accurate and reliable information to their employees.

 

There are many federal and statewide government acts that help to oversee unemployment rights and insurance benefits for workers in Arizona, including the following: the Equal Opportunity Employer program, Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.
