Missouri ( MO ) Labor Law Quick Facts:

The Missouri minimum wage for 2008 is $6.65 per hour. Most employees are entitled to overtime after 40 hours, however, employees of seasonal amusement parks or recreations are entitled to overtime after 52 hours. The Missouri anti-discrimination laws, enforced by the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, prohibits discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy, sex, age, and disability. The law also prohibits sexual harassment of workers.*
