There is not a schedule for when state and federal governments update their labor law postings. With e-Compliance™, you don't have to check for these updates—we do that for you. Watch for e-Alerts to arrive in your inbox and print them. |

What size are the printed updates? |

The updates print the same size as the existing notice being replaced. |

What are automatic renewals? |
|
The e-Compliance™ membership automatically renews one year from the date of purchase for $19.95 per plan. Plans are based on the number of posters previously purchased. You will continue to receive updates through e-Alerts for another 12 months and guarantee your compliance. You have the option to purchase the Complete State & Federal Poster for an additional $5.00 per plan—valid only at the time of renewal.
Renewal notices are emailed one month in advance with the option to cancel. If we do not receive a response to cancel, your membership will be automatically renewed using the initial payment method. |

Can I purchase one e-Compliance™ membership to cover multiple locations within one state? |

One plan cannot cover multiple locations with a state. Each location must have their own plan in order to comply with licensing agreements and coverage under the Unlimited Compliance Guarantee. |

What is the return policy for the e-Compliance™ membership? |

All services, including the e-Compliance™ membership, will only be granted full refunds within 90 days of purchase. |
