  • Revised 02/2012 – OSHA - Minor content change includes addition of QR code.
  • Revised 11/2009 – EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law) – Addition of Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) regulation.
  • Revised 08/2009 – Anti-Discrimination Notice Poster – States work-authorized employees should not be discriminated against and which documents should be accepted.
  • Revised 08/2009 – IRS Withholding Notice – Clarifies when the W-4 should be reviewed.
  • Revised 07/2009 – Federal Minimum Wage – The federal minimum wage reflects $7.25.
