Pennsylvania ( PA ) Labor Law Quick Facts:

Effective July 24, 2009 Pennsylvania employers must pay $7.25 per hour under both state and federal law. This law applies to employers with 10 or fewer workers, as well as larger employers. Tipped employees may still be paid $2.83 per hour. Certain exceptions apply to students, learners and people with disabilities only upon application with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The mini-COBRA law requires employers with 2 to 19 employees to extend group health insurance coverage when an employee is terminated. There is an exception under the law for employees who are terminated for gross misconduct.*

Customer Testimonials

"I was impressed with the response I received when I ordered the posters for IL. It is good to know that not everything is automated anymore and a customer service rep emailed me to notify me that the shipment would be delayed due to the release of new minimum wage rates."
