Pennsylvania ( PA ) Labor Law Quick Facts:
Effective July 24, 2009 Pennsylvania employers must pay $7.25 per hour
under both state and federal law. This law applies to employers with
10 or fewer workers, as well as larger employers. Tipped employees may
still be paid $2.83 per hour. Certain exceptions apply to students,
learners and people with disabilities only upon application with the
Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The mini-COBRA law requires
