New Federal Poster Update - The FINAL GINA discrimination regulation is now updated on the Federal Labor Law poster.  The Equal Employment Opportunity Poster, EEOC, has been specifically revised to reflect the new added protection that businesses must comply with.

New 2009 Federal Minimum Wage Included On Federal Poster - First Increase to Federal Minimum Wage since 1997 will be set as follows:

$5.85 - July 24 2007
$6.55 - July 24 2008
$7.25 - July 24 2009

The new rate of $7.25 will be the final rate and will change the Federal Minimum Wage from $5.15 to $7.25.

Your Rights Under The Family and Medical Leave Act Labor Law Poster - UPDATED 01/2009 To Include Military Leave

Every employer covered by the FMLA is required to post and keep posted on its premises, in conspicuous places where employees are employed, whether or not it has any "eligible" employees, a notice explaining the Act's revisions and providing information concerning the procedures for filing complaints of violations of the Act with the Wage and Hour Division. The notice must be posted prominently where it can be readily seen by employees and applicants for employment.

New 2007, 2008, and 2009 Federal Minimum Wage Labor Law Poster
