| Note: As a result of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), federal requirements have been updated on the Federal Labor Law Poster. GINA is an anti-discrimination statute that provides added protection for employees and applicants on the basis of genetic information. Effective November 21, 2009, employers with 15 or more employees must comply with GINA, and updating labor law posters to reflect the new regulation is mandatory.

Effective July 2009, the federal minimum wage increased to $7.25. This change reflects the third and final federal minimum wage increase as amended under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
