Your Rights Under The Family and Medical Leave Act Labor Law Poster
Updated on January 2009, this FLMA poster now includes military leave. This notice explains the Act's revisions and provides information concerning the procedures for filing complaints of violations of the Act with the Wage and Hour Division.

New 2007, 2008, and 2009 Federal Minimum Wage Labor Law Poster
Effective July 2009, the federal minimum wage increased to $7.25. This change reflects the third and final federal minimum wage increase as amended under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Employers must post a notice outlining the Act so it is visible to all employees, regardless of state location. The Federal Labor Law Poster reflects the new rate, and satisfies the federal posting requirements.

2008 USERRA Notice
Each employer shall provide to persons entitled to rights and benefits under USERRA a notice of the rights, benefits, and obligations of such person and such employers under USERRA.

Job Safety and Health Protection Labor Law Poster
Private employers engaged in a business affecting commerce. Does not apply to federal, state or political subdivisions of states.

Employee Polygraph Protection Act Labor Law Poster
Under the Act, the Secretary of Labor is directed to distribute a notice of the Act's protections, to issue rules and regulations, and to enforce the provisions of the Act. The Act empowers the Secretary of Labor to bring injunctive actions in U.S. district courts to restrain violations, and to assess civil money penalties up to $10,000 against employers who violate any provision of the Act.
