Arizona ( AZ ) Labor Law Quick Facts: On January 1, 2009, the Arizona minimum wage increases from $6.90 to $7.25 per hour. The Arizona minimum wage increases each year based on a cost-of-living formula, and it applies to all employees including part-time, seasonal and temporary workers. Most employees must be paid at least twice per month.
