Federal USERRA Notice Requirement Update

On December 19th, 2005, U.S. Department of Labor issued its final ruling which goes into effect 01/18/2006 on the USERRA notice requirement. The notice informs employees of their rights under USERRA and now also informs members of the National Disaster Medical System of their protected rights under USERRA.
