Nevada Complete Labor Law Poster
The Nevada Complete labor law poster includes all the
state, federal, and OSHA mandatory posting requirements
all on one. It is the most up to date and complete poster

regulations. In an event of an audit or inspection, accurate

Labor Law Quick Facts:
The Nevada minimum wage is $6.33 per hour, with overtime
required after 8 hours per day, or 40 hours per week.
Tipped employees must be paid the full minimum wage.
A special provision of the law allows employers who
offer a qualified health insurance plan to pay $5.30
per hour. The Nevada Division of Industrial Relations
enforces worker safety standards under the Nevada Occupational
Safety and Health Act. Employees are entitled to a 10
minute unpaid rest break for each 4 hours worked, plus
a 30-minute unpaid meal break for each 8 hour shift.*
