Federal Labor Law Posters
New Federal Poster - The FMLA was recently amended on January 28th, 2008. A new notice was added onto the Federal Labor Law poster titled Military Leave Notice as a result of the amendment.
New 2007 Federal Minimum Wage Included On Federal Poster - First Increase
to Federal Minimum Wage since 1997 will be set as follows:
$5.85 - July 24 2007
$6.55 - July 24 2008
$7.25 - July 24 2009
The new rate of $7.25 will be the final rate and will change the Federal Minimum
Wage from $5.15 to $7.25.

New 2006 USERRA - Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act
On December 18, 2005 the Department of Labor issued its Final Rules and notice
requirement for USERRA. The Final Rule will go into effect January 18, 2006.
The Federal Poster will reflect the new 2006 USERRA Notice which was revised
to include protections for National Disaster Medical System members.

The Military Leave Notice was recently added to the mandatory federal labor law posting requirements due to the amended FMLA that went into effect January 28th, 2008.
New 2007, 2008, and 2009 Federal Minimum Wage Labor Law Poster
The Federal Minimum Wage has just been increased by $2.10. Every employer of
employees subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum wage provisions
must post, and keep posted, a notice explaining the Act in a conspicuous place
in all of their establishments so as to permit employees to readily read it.
2006 USERRA Notice
Each employer shall provide to persons entitled to rights and benefits under
USERRA a notice of the rights, benefits, and obligations of such person and
such employers under USERRA
Job Safety and Health Protection Labor Law Poster
Private employers engaged in a business affecting commerce. Does not apply to
federal, state or political subdivisions of states.
Equal Employment Opportunity is The Law Labor Law Poster
Every employer covered by the non-discrimination and EEO laws is required to
post on its premises the poster, "Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law."
The notice must be posted prominently, where it can be readily seen by employees
and applicants for employment.
Your Rights Under The Family and Medical Leave Act Labor Law Poster
Every employer covered by the FMLA is required to post and keep posted on its
premises, in conspicuous places where employees are employed, whether or not
it has any "eligible" employees, a notice explaining the Act's revisions and
providing information concerning the procedures for filing complaints of violations
of the Act with the Wage and Hour Division. The notice must be posted prominently
where it can be readily seen by employees and applicants for employment.
Employee Polygraph Protection Act Labor Law Poster
Under the Act, the Secretary of Labor is directed to distribute a notice of
the Act's protections, to issue rules and regulations, and to enforce the provisions
of the Act. The Act empowers the Secretary of Labor to bring injunctive actions
in U.S. district courts to restrain violations, and to assess civil money penalties
up to $10,000 against employers who violate any provision of the Act. Employers
are required to post notices summarizing the protections of the Act in their
places of work.
