Labor Law Quick Facts:
The Wyoming minimum wage is $5.15 per hour or $2.13
per hour for tipped employees. Most workers are entitled
to overtime after 40 hours under federal, not state,
law. Employees who resign or are fired must receive
a final paycheck, which includes payment for all accrued
vacation time, within 5 days. No work permits are necessary
for employees under 16, however, 14- and 15-year olds
may not work between 10 pm and 5 am on school days.*

The Health Department in most states
mandates that a choking poster be posted in restaurants.
