Tennessee Complete Labor Law Poster
The Tennessee Complete labor law poster includes all the

Labor Law Quick Facts:
Tennessee does not require work permits for minors.
However, workers who are 14 or 15 years old can only
work 3 hours per day or 18 hours per week when school
is in session. Tennessee is one of only 5 states in
the country that have no state minimum wage or overtime
law. Most workers in the state are covered under the
federal minimum wage, currently $5.85 per hour with
overtime after 40 hours. Employees must receive an unpaid
30-minute meal break on any shift of 6 hours or more,
without exception.*
