– no matter what the cost! The coverage does require you to post any recent shipments or poster updates we distribute to you immediately and it must be posted in a common area where employees frequent most.
In the occasion that a government fine is imposed upon you after the
expiration or cancellation of your subscription, our Unlimited Compliance
Guarantee is not applicable. The guarantee only covers the Complete
Labor Law Posters therefore any fines, legal expenses, or any other
expenditures unrelated to the poster content are not valid under the
coverage. This guarantee does not apply to any government fines/penalties
deriving from human resources or labor law violations unrelated to the
poster content. If at all a company neglects to comply with federal
or state mandated regulations and receives penalties due to their non-compliance,
LaborLawCenter™ will not be liable for any penalties assessed.
