The posting requirement for each individual federal labor law poster is required by the Federal government. All businesses operating in any State is mandated to post the Federal labor law posters. Depending on the location of the company, the industry of the company, and if the company is a Federal contractor or not, determines whether additional posting requirements should be posted. Q. Who must post this poster?

Q. Are State posters required as well?

A. Yes. In addition to the Federal labor laws, State posters must be posted next to the Federal labor law posters. Q. Do I need the Federal labor law poster in Spanish?

Updated on November 2009, the EEOC poster now reflects the new GINA discrimination regulation. Every employer covered by the non-discrimination and EEO laws is required to post on its premises the poster, "Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law".

Your Rights Under The Family and Medical Leave Act Labor Law Poster
Updated on January 2009, this FMLA poster now includes military leave. This notice explains the Act's revisions and provides information concerning the procedures for filing complaints of violations of the Act with the Wage and Hour Division.

New 2007, 2008, and 2009 Federal Minimum Wage Labor Law Poster
Effective July 2009, the federal minimum wage increased to $7.25. This change reflects the third and final federal minimum wage increase as amended under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
