All businesses are required to post federal labor law posters in a workplace
common area frequented by employees and applicants. The posting requirement
for each individual federal labor law poster is required by the Federal
government. Failure to abide by posting requirements places an employer
at risk, and may lead to employee disputes among other complications,
including costly fines and penalties.
It is highly recommended to post the federal laws in a Spanish version
if 10% or more of your workforce speaks Spanish as a primary language.
In some states, it’s a mandatory requirement. For your convenience,

THEIR FINAL RULE WHICH MANDATES THEIR NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS ACT (NLRA
POSTER) TO BE POSTED. THE FEDERAL LABOR LAW POSTER NOW INCLUDES THE NEW

All businesses operating in any State is mandated to post the Federal
labor law posters. Depending on the location of the company, the industry
of the company, and if the company is a Federal contractor or not, determines
whether additional posting requirements should be posted. Bare minimally,
the Federal labor law poster is required to be posted and also in areas
where applicants frequent as well.
Q. Who must post this
poster?
A. All businesses with
one or more employee must post the Federal Labor Law Poster. Our Federal
poster includes Federal labor law posters and the OSHA mandatory poster
to post.
Q. Are State posters
required as well?
A. Yes. In addition to
the Federal labor laws, State posters must be posted next to the Federal
labor law posters. For your convenience, you can purchase the State
labor poster by selecting the State in the drop down menu before adding
to cart. If you do not need the State poster, simply select the Federal
Labor Law Option only to purchase the Federal poster for $9.95.
Q. Do I need the Federal
labor law poster in Spanish?
A. You are only required
to post the Spanish version if you have workers that do not read English.
It is highly recommended to post for employers with 5% or more Spanish
speaking employees that do not read English.

Recently added to the Federal posting requirement as of January 31,
2012, the NLRA notice contains information regarding an employee's right
to organize and bargain collectively with their employers, and to engage
in other protected concerted activity or to refrain from engaging in
any of the above activity.
Equal Employment Opportunity "It's
The Law" Labor Law Poster
Updated on November 2009, the EEOC poster now reflects the new GINA
discrimination regulation. Every employer covered by the non-discrimination
and EEO laws is required to post on its premises the poster, "Equal
Employment Opportunity is the Law".
Your Rights Under The Family and Medical
Leave Act Labor Law Poster
Updated on January 2009, this FMLA poster now includes military leave.
This notice explains the Act's revisions and provides information concerning
the procedures for filing complaints of violations of the Act with the

New 2007, 2008, and 2009 Federal Minimum
Wage Labor Law Poster
Effective July 2009, the federal minimum wage increased to $7.25. This
change reflects the third and final federal minimum wage increase as
amended under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Employers must post a notice
outlining the Act so it is visible to all employees, regardless of state
location. The Federal Labor Law Poster reflects the new rate, and satisfies
the federal posting requirements.
2008 USERRA Notice
Each employer shall provide to persons entitled to rights and benefits
under USERRA a notice of the rights, benefits, and obligations of such
person and such employers under USERRA.
Job Safety and Health Protection Labor

Private employers engaged in a business affecting commerce. Does not
apply to federal, state or political subdivisions of states.
Employee Polygraph Protection Act Labor
Law Poster
Under the Act, the Secretary of Labor is directed to distribute a notice
of the Act's protections, to issue rules and regulations, and to enforce
the provisions of the Act. The Act empowers the Secretary of Labor to
bring injunctive actions in U.S. district courts to restrain violations,
and to assess civil money penalties up to $10,000 against employers
who violate any provision of the Act.
