Labor Law Quick Facts:
The Minnesota minimum wage is $6.15 for employers
with annual revenue of $625,000 or more, and $5.25 for
smaller businesses, with overtime after 48 hours. Under
the Minnesota family leave plan, employers with 21 or
more workers must grant up to 6 weeks of unpaid leave
for the birth, adoption or illness of a child. Employers
must provide a paid restroom break when workers work
4 hours or more and a meal break on shifts of 8 hours
or more.*
