Kentucky Complete Labor Law Poster
The Kentucky Complete labor law poster includes all the

Labor Law Quick Facts:
The Kentucky minimum wage is $5.85 per hour. Under
state law, employees are entitled to overtime after
40 hours, and on the seventh consecutive day of work.
Employers must provide a 10-minute paid break for each
4 hours worked. Workers must receive one unpaid meal
break per shift, between the third and fifth hour. The
Kentucky Child Labor Laws require that employers keep
proof of age on file for any worker under 18.*
