Colorado Complete Labor Law Poster
The Colorado Complete labor law poster includes all the
state, federal, and OSHA mandatory posting requirements
all on one. It is the most up to date and complete poster
you can obtain to be in compliance with state and federal
regulations. In an event of an audit or inspection, accurate

Labor Law Quick Facts:
The state minimum wage is $7.02 per hour, $4.00 per
hour for tipped workers. Employees must be paid overtime
after 12 hours per day, or 40 hours per week. Under
Statute 8-2-122, the Colorado employment verification
law, employers are required to retain a written or electronic
copy of an employee’s I-9 supporting documents
for employment eligibility purposes. In addition, the
employer must make an affirmation of the employee’s
eligibility to work within 20 days, and keep it on file.
A separate employment verification law covers companies
which hold public contracts.*
